  Very beautiful birds but kept in poor conditions, flies are walking around on them and on you while you are interacting with birds. The old lady, the owner is extremely rude and impolite. She has not idea about her birds. Instead of helping you her behavior makes you leave the store slamming the doors. Go to Rockville Centre if you want to buy a bird they are much nicer and work with you.

  Very good pet store. Amazing selection of birds. Everything priced reasonably, sometimes lower than other petshops. John very nice and friendly owner, his wife can improve a little.

  I buy all my parrot stuff from here. They have the best prices all around. Ida is also wonderful with my parrot. I take there to get her nails trimmed. Just a great place to visit if you love parrots and birds
